Monday 18th March - INC0226240
Manx Telecom are currently investigating a number of reports whereby users are having difficulties logging into the Manx.net email portal, and some customers accessing their email via a mail client or app are unable to send and receive emails.
We apologise for any inconvenience and disruption causing during this time.

Mobile
Monday 18th March - INC0226223
An issue has been identified on our 4G service in Port Erin resulting in reduced coverage. 2G & 3G services are unaffected.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We will update you with further information as soon as we can and hope to get this resolved shortly.

Manx Telecom will be performing a software update on our Mobile network.
Prepay mobile customer will experience a very short interruption to TopUp and Balance Enquiry services during the maintenance window.
